Who we are

Falveta DJs ("Falveta", "we", "us") operates the digital presskit platform available at falveta.com. We build and host professional digital presskits for DJs. Questions or requests related to this policy can be sent to hello@falvetadjs.com.

What data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our service:

• Account data: email address and password (stored as a hashed credential)
• Artist profile: stage name, bio text, genre tags, city, and social media links you provide
• Booking requests: name, email, venue, event date, and message submitted by third parties through your presskit's contact form
• Usage analytics: presskit page views and the referrer URL (no personal identifiers attached)
• Technical data: IP address (used for rate limiting only, not stored permanently), browser type, and device type

How we use your data

• To create, host, and maintain your digital presskit
• To deliver booking requests submitted via your presskit to your dashboard
• To provide you with access to your dashboard and account settings
• To show you aggregated analytics (views, booking counts) inside your dashboard
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset) — no marketing without consent

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored and processed using:

• Supabase — database and authentication, hosted on AWS infrastructure (EU and US regions)
• Vercel — static file hosting and serverless functions, distributed via global CDN

Both providers are GDPR-compliant. No data is sold to third parties.

Data retention

• Account and presskit data: retained while your subscription is active
• After subscription ends: presskit enters read-only mode; data is retained for 12 months then deleted upon request
• Booking requests: retained for 24 months or until you delete them from your dashboard
• Analytics data: retained for 12 months on a rolling basis

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@falvetadjs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
